How I sell

A founder-led sales process where the buyer watches before they talk and the proposal is built from their own words.

What I built

  • A pre-call page for each prospect: a short video and the context for the call, built and deployed before we speak.[77] Sourcepitch-deck skill; four per-client pre-call page repositoriesStatusVerifiedAll sources →
  • A proposal deck built from the first call's transcript: the three things they told us, their current setup against ours, and a 90-day model.
  • Contracts and invoices from the same CRM, so a yes on the call becomes a signed agreement the same day.

What was hard

Being taken seriously

I was selling to heads of sales at companies with hundreds of staff. The fix was never to sound older. It was to know their numbers better than they expected and to promise only what we could prove.

What I learned

  • Make them watch before they talk.
  • Propose from their words, not yours.
  • Never promise what the data can't prove.
